Avv. Alessandro Fusco

Mr. Fusco has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1999 and has been qualified to practise before the Court of Cassation and other higher courts since 2017.

He specialises in civil litigation and has developed extensive expertise in this area. He has considerable experience in real estate law and regularly handles disputes relating to construction contracts, liability for construction defects, commercial leases and complex condominium issues. He is also a specialist in civil liability, particularly in cases of medical malpractice and compensation for personal injury resulting from major accidents and complex claims.

Alongside his judicial work, he provides strategic counsel to small and medium-sized enterprises on matters of corporate and commercial law, supporting them in their daily operations and extraordinary transactions. He has many years of experience in debt collection on behalf of a leading energy company. This fiduciary role has enabled him to develop advanced methodologies for managing large volumes of cases and optimise procedures in both the extrajudicial and judicial phases. It has also given him an in-depth understanding of the complex regulatory framework governing the sector.
